Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

This cookie policy (“Cookie Policy”) explains how Rimb Inc. (“Rimb,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit rimb.dev, use the Rimb platform, or access another Rimb website or online service that links to this Cookie Policy (collectively, the “Services”). This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information more generally. If you have any questions about our Cookie Policy, please contact us at privacy@rimb.dev.

1. What Are Cookies And Similar Technologies?

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your browser or device. Cookies allow websites to recognize a browser, maintain a session, remember preferences, protect against fraud, and understand how a website is used. We may also use technologies that perform similar functions, including:

  • browser local storage and session storage;
  • pixels, tags, and software development kits;
  • device or browser identifiers; and
  • scripts that record preferences or transmit information about interactions with the Services.

In this Cookie Policy, we refer to these technologies collectively as “cookies.”

2. Where This Cookie Policy Applies?

This Cookie Policy applies to the Rimb Services that link to it. Certain Rimb applications, mobile applications, customer environments, integrations, or third-party services may use additional technologies or may be governed by separate notices. Where that is the case, we will provide additional information in the relevant service or interface.

3. What We Don't Do

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles beyond measuring the performance of our own campaigns.
  • We only load analytics and advertising cookies after you've opted in through our cookie banner, nothing in those two categories runs by default.
  • You're always in control. Accept, reject, or change your mind later, see your privacy settings below.

4. What Cookies Do We Use?

We group everything we use into four categories: essential (the site cannot work without them), functional (they remember your preferences), analytics (help us understand how the site is used), and advertising (help us measure and improve our ad campaigns).

4.1 Essential

These keep you signed in and protect our forms from abuse. They can't be switched off through this site.

4.2 Functional

These remember choices you've made so the product feels the way you left it. They're only set once you interact with the relevant feature, and the site still works fine without them.

4.3 Analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics – loaded through Google Tag Manager – to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it. Google Tag Manager itself does not store cookies; it loads the tags below. These run only after you opt in.

4.4 Advertising

If you accept advertising technologies, we may use the Meta Pixel and related cookies to measure whether visits, form submissions, sample requests, and other interactions resulted from Rimb advertising campaigns. These technologies may also support campaign attribution and the creation of advertising audiences. Where required by applicable law, they are activated only after you provide consent.

5. Managing Cookies

You can change or withdraw your consent to the cookies covered by our cookie banner at any time using your personal privacy settings tool. Look for a “Cookie settings” or “Your Privacy Choices” button at the bottom of rimb.dev or the applicable Rimb product, or use this direct link to manage your cookie preferences: .

If you're in a US state with privacy opt-out rights (like California under CCPA/CPRA), use Your Privacy Choices to opt out of advertising cookies used to measure our ads – which those laws treat as “sharing” your personal information. You can also clear or block cookies and local storage directly through your browser settings – most browsers let you delete site data for a single site. A couple of things to know:

  • Blocking essential items will sign you out and may stop forms from submitting.
  • Clearing functional items just resets those preferences – nothing breaks.

You can change or withdraw your consent to analytics and advertising cookies at any time:

6. Changes and contact

We may update this Cookie Policy as our Services evolve; the “last updated” date above always reflects the current version. If we make significant changes, we'll do our best to let you know. Questions or concerns? Reach us at privacy@rimb.dev.
